SizeSure does not cover changing blinds from one pattern or design to another. It's important to order free samples beforehand to ensure you're satisfied with the fabric.

Ensure that you're happy with the fabric before making a purchase by ordering a free sample. Blackout Roller blinds are blackout in the fabric only, light may seep in around the frame.
Returns
Our products fall under the definition of custom-made. Products can only be returned if they are faulty. Ensure you’re happy with the measurements you provide.
Fixing & Controls
Multi-directional brackets are supplied which can be face fixed or top-fixed to the wall or inside the window recess. The brackets are 90mm deep and screws and wall plugs are not supplied as we don’t know what surface you are installing onto.
Fabric Tolerance & Weight
Blinds are made within a 5mm manufacturer tolerance on the width and drop. The width measurement provided allows for the bracket and operating mechanism to fit neatly. The roller fabric will be approximately 35mm less than the overall blind width. Blinds over 275cm wide will be heavy due to the material, we recommend splitting them into two blinds. Larger blinds over 200cm wide and 200cm drop will require a join in the fabric.
Note: Screws and wall plug fixings are not provided. We leave these out because the type required varies great depending upon the surfaces you are fixing to.
