SizeSure does not cover changing blinds from one pattern or design to another. It's important to order free samples beforehand to ensure you're satisfied with the fabric.

Product Setup
Fixing & Controls
Multi-directional brackets are supplied which can be face fixed or top fixed to the wall or inside the window recess. Screws and wall plugs are not supplied as we don’t know what surface you are installing onto.
Fabric Tolerance & Weight
Blinds are made within a 5mm manufacturer tolerance on the width and drop. The width measurement provided allows for the bracket and operating mechanism to fit neatly. The roller fabric will be approximately 35mm less than the overall blind width. Electric Roller Blinds can be limited in size due to what the motor can lift, we recommend splitting larger blinds into two blinds. Larger blinds over 200cm wide and 200cm drop will require a join in the fabric.
Kindly note that the length or drop of your blinds may extend by 30cm or more. This ensures complete coverage of the headrail tube situated at the bottom of the blind.

Returns
Our products fall under the definition of custom-made. Products can only be returned if they are faulty. Ensure you’re happy with the measurements you provide.
Your electric blind will be securely packaged with all the necessary fixtures and fittings, including:

1 x Set of instructions for installation and quick start guide
Chargers, remotes and smart hubs are not included in your box by default; however these may be purchased separately
for an additional cost.
Our chargers and remotes can be used on multiple electric blinds in your home, so you don’t need to order one per
blind. You will need a minimum of one charger and one remote per house to setup and charge your blinds.
Screws and wall plugs are not included in the box.
